He obviously has a helmet made of hair that he puts on each day. I also call him "HA-HA (TEETH TOGETHER SMILE)" because he does it 10,000 times per episode --> (watch, observe, and you will see). If that name isn't self explanatory, he throws his head back, laughs twice annoyingly, and gives a clenched smile like he's practiced it in the mirror again and again. He's like a cancer. You hit em with surgery, then radiation, then chemo, AND NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY HE KEEPS COMING BACK! It's just time to call hospice and put the kid down.
