Boo!

Halloween was fun. There is nothing quite as great as seeing your kids thrilled with anticipation, and then loving the moment just as much when it comes.

We started off the week with a dress rehearsal at Grandma Reta's on Monday night. Halle and Roen got lots of practice saying trick or treat, and were well prepared for knocking doors on Saturday. Thank goodness too, can you imagine the disaster of going into Hallow's Eve unprepared?

Of course there was cuteness involved, as well as way too much candy, and a far too late bedtime. Now we're just trying to recover. Why do I have to love chocolate so much!? Even bad chocolate gets me."The Fairest of them All"

The Nefarious Conductor

Roen finally tired of the goings on at Grandma and Grandpa Martinsens, so he gathered his loot and found a spot to finally sit back and enjoy!

Mirror, mirror on the wall. How cute snow white is! The train and his conductor are pretty cute too!

Halloween rocks.

Cheap chocolate is good. Especially when it's free!
