In our family prayer tonight, Halle was praying. In every prayer, she blesses the food, even if it's not at a meal. We've been trying to correct her, and get her to think about what she's praying about. So tonight this is how it went:
Halle: "Heavenly Father, thanks for this day. Thanks for keeping us safe, and bless the food...oh, not the food."
Rob interjects: "Bless the brownies."
Halle: "We're going to eat the brownies?"
Rob: "Yes, right after the prayer."
Halle: "Amen!"
